How it works
Three steps, and we do the work in all three.
1. Pick your plan and order
Choose the cPanel plan or VPS that fits the site you are moving. Not sure which? Ask us below first and we will tell you honestly, including if a smaller plan will do.
2. Open a migration ticket
Once your account is live, raise a ticket in the client area and share access to your current host there. A ticket is the right place for that: it sits behind your login, we can see your account against it, and nothing sensitive ends up in an inbox.
3. We move it and you approve
We copy everything across, hand you a temporary URL to check the site on our servers, and only touch DNS when you tell us it looks right. Visitors do not see an outage.
Already a customer? That link takes you straight to the client area.
What we move
- {C}Website files and databases for every site on your plan
- {C}Email accounts and forwarders, cPanel to cPanel
- {C}SSL certificates, re-issued free on our side
- {C}A temporary test URL so you can check the site before DNS changes
- {C}WordPress specifics: permalinks, caching setup and plugin compatibility with LiteSpeed
Free on all cPanel plans, and on VPS plans where the source is a cPanel server. Other setups such as Plesk or DirectAdmin are usually free too; we confirm once we have seen the details.
What we will never ask for by email
Your hosting passwords, cPanel logins or registrar credentials. Those belong in a support ticket behind your login, never in an email or a web form, and anyone who asks you for them another way is doing it wrong.
The form below is for questions before you order. Tell us what you are running and where, and we will tell you what the move involves. No passwords needed to answer that.
Not ready to order? Ask first
Send us what you are running now and we will tell you honestly what moving it involves, whether it is free, and roughly how long it takes. We will also tell you if you are better off staying where you are.
